Awesome! If you could give me an Author’s Bio and any links to your writings or website, so we can promote you that would be great. You retain all rights to your material, of course. I’m looking forward to featuring your story!
Excellent. I thought this story story was heading in the same direction as the Twilight Zone episode, "A Stop at Willoughby" - was not expecting that twist at the end, but I liked it. It makes for a more nuanced perspective of Oppenheimer's contributions to science.
Thanks, Mark. I try now to think about weapons of mass destruction too often as I already sleep badly enough. But sometimes I'm compelled to write fiction about them.
You told his story better in a couple of minutes than Christopher Nolan did in a couple of hours.
Thank you, David!
Now this is one heck of a story. I love how your mind works, Bill. The time travel element is so much fun and so creatively executed!
Thank you very much, Justin. I love reading --and writing!-- time travel tales.

I'd be delighted to have Oppenheimer's Bicycle on The Hidden Gems Podcast, so that's a yes.
Let me know what you need from me.

I've been looking for writing like this! Glad I found it. Your craft is excellent and the story is compelling. YAY for great writing.
Thank you, Helen. I'm delighted to hear that.
I like how he time travels, thank you!
I'm glad to hear that, Eduardo.
That was different. Great.
Thank you, Colin. I'm glad you enjoyed Oppenheimer's Bicycle.
Liked the final twist!
Thank you, Deirdre. It took several days for me to figure out the ending and I'm glad you liked it.

Thanks, Sam. I'm glad you like Oppenheimer's Bicycle.
"A Stop at Willoughby" is one of my favorite Twilight Zones.
It's hard to write fiction about such controversial and tragic topics as the dropping of the atomic bomb, but I think it's important to do.
A little bit of redemption for the bomb builder. Could have been a movie. 😉 (I haven’t seen the newest Oppenheimer movie.)

You have a good grasp of the eternal arc.
We may flame out
Or slowly decay
But our children
And theirs
Will place our shadows
Alongside those
In the great
Sunlit forest
Thank you.
